Seat Height Minimum range of adjustment: 16"-20 1/2" Seat Depth Seat depth shall permit contact with the seat back in the lumbar region. Chairs with seat depth exceeding 16" shall be designed to provide relief to the back of the knee (waterfall design). |

Width Seat Cushions shall be at least 18.2" wide. |

Pan Angle The angle between the upper and lower leg, with the lower leg perpendicular to the floor, shall be between 60 to 100 degrees. Fixed Seat Pan-Angle should be at a point between 0 and 10 degrees. Adjustable Seat Pan-Adjustment should include some part of the range from 0 to 10 degrees. |

Between Seat Back and Seat Pan Fixed Back-Angle shall be 90 degrees or more. Adjustable Back- (or artculated seat pan and back) The range of back-to-seat angles shall include some part of the range from 90 to 105 degrees. |
